It reads your website so you do not have to retype it

Point it at your own pages and your existing words become the answers it gives — with you seeing exactly what it took.

Reads your pages

What it does

  • Your own words, not a summary of them

Your policies, your FAQ, your service descriptions become facts the agent quotes. It is built to say “I'll find out” rather than to guess well, so the more of your real writing it holds, the fewer gaps you get and the fewer calls end in a message.

  • You see what it read before it goes live

A preview of exactly what was extracted, page by page, with include and exclude patterns when you want to keep it away from part of your site — a careers page, or a blog you would rather it did not quote.

  • It keeps itself current

It re-reads on a schedule, so a price you change on your own site does not need retyping here.

  • It respects the rules of the road

robots.txt and crawl delays are honoured, and it will only follow a link that resolves to the public internet.

Turning it on

  1. Paste your website address in Knowledge.
  2. Review what it extracted, and exclude anything you would rather it did not quote.
  3. Publish.

What this actually takes

  • A website with the answers on it. Up to ten sources per business, which covers a separate booking site or a second location.
  • Nothing else.

the part nobody else prints

What it will never do

  • Invent an answer from a page it half-read. A question it cannot answer becomes a gap in your dashboard with the caller's exact words.
  • Crawl anything but the sites you name.

Questions people ask about this one

What if my website is out of date?

Then fix the website or exclude the page, because the agent will quote what is there. You see everything it extracted before any of it reaches a caller.

I have no website. Does this matter?

No. Write short answers directly in Knowledge instead. Plenty of businesses run entirely on those plus their service list.

Your website

Hear it before you connect anything.

The free plan has real answered minutes. Put it on your own website, ask it the questions your callers ask, and point it at the rest of your website when you are convinced.
