Custom builds

For a business outside the trades we list, more than 6,000 talking minutes a month, or systems of your own the agent needs to work with — an order system, a CRM, your own phone setup. Tell us how you work and we will scope a version of Harkbell around it, priced to your volume.

What can I sign up for online?

Free, for website and browser calls: one location, two team members, bookings, callback requests and transcripts. Telephone numbers, outbound telephone calls and the paid plans are not sold online — email us about them.

What happens when I run out?

Free includes 30 talking minutes measured over a rolling 30 days. Browser calls, including your own tests, use that allowance. When it is spent, new calls pause until older calls leave the window. For more, email us about a paid plan. There is no overage charge.

Will I be charged later?

No card is required and Free will not automatically become a paid subscription. A paid plan is only ever one you chose.

What if Harkbell goes down?

Free comes with no uptime guarantee. Keep your existing contact details visible so visitors can reach a person if the widget is unavailable. Telephone forwarding is not part of Free.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Before a browser call starts, the widget asks you to consent to speaking with an AI assistant and to recording and transcription. Cancel leaves the call unstarted. The business must also meet its own notice and consent obligations.

How do I give feedback or leave?

Email us through the Contact page with what worked or went wrong. You can stop using Free at any time; Delete your data explains how to request erasure. Never send passwords or API keys with feedback.
