Integrations · Messaging channels
The same agent that answers your phone, answering your WhatsApp — with the caller and the messager recognised as one person.

What it does
One person, one thread
Somebody who rang you on Tuesday and messages you on WhatsApp on Thursday is the same client, matched on their phone number. The call, the text and the WhatsApp message sit in one thread rather than three inboxes you check separately and reconcile in your head.
The same answers, not a second script
It reads the same prices, the same opening hours, the same services and the same knowledge as the phone agent. There is nothing to configure twice, and no way for the two to drift apart.
It books from the message
Availability, booking and message-taking work over text exactly as they do on a call, into the same diary. An enquiry becomes an appointment without anybody changing channel.
A person can take over the thread
Any conversation can be answered by you instead, at any point. It stays one conversation rather than becoming a handover — and it is a thread you can read back later like any other.
It can still reach them tomorrow
WhatsApp only lets a business reply for a day after the client's last message. After that the only thing it carries is wording WhatsApp itself has approved — your own confirmations, reminders and deposit reminders, written by you and reviewed by them. Your team sends one in a tap, and on a call the agent can send one when the client asks it to.
Turning it on
- Have a WhatsApp Business account for your business.
- Open Integrations and connect it.
- Check the agent's opening line reads the way you want it to in text rather than speech.
- Publish.
What this actually takes
- A WhatsApp Business account.
- Meta's approval of the connection. Every business that answers WhatsApp messages through any software goes through Meta's own verification — that is permanently how the WhatsApp Business Platform works, rather than a step particular to us.
the part nobody else prints
What it will never do
- Send marketing, or write to somebody out of the blue. What reaches a conversation that has gone quiet is one of your own templates WhatsApp has approved — a confirmation, a reminder, a deposit that is owing — sent by your team, or by the agent on a call because the client asked for it.
- Replace the phone. This is a bonus channel on top of a receptionist that answers your line — it is not the reason to buy.
- Read anything outside the conversations you connect.
Questions people ask about this one
Is this a chatbot?
It is the same agent that answers your phone, reading the same prices and the same diary. The difference between that and a chatbot is that it books real appointments into a real diary and tells you what it could not answer.
Will my clients know it is not me?
That is your call and we think you should tell them. The opening line is yours to write. People are generally relaxed about it when it is said upfront and irritated when they work it out themselves.
What does Meta need from me?
A verified WhatsApp Business account for your business. Meta verifies every business that sends and receives on the platform, whatever software is behind it, and the process is theirs rather than ours.

Hear it before you connect anything.
The free plan has real answered minutes. Put it on your own website, ask it the questions your callers ask, and connect WhatsApp when you are convinced.
