Turning it on
- Request API access for your business from Vagaro — Settings → Developers inside Vagaro. They grant it per business, and it takes a few working days.
- Once granted, open Integrations in Harkbell and choose Vagaro.
- Approve the connection and check the mirrored service list.
- Publish.

Questions people ask about this one
Why do I have to request API access myself?
Because Vagaro grants it per business rather than to an app once. It is a form inside your Vagaro account under Settings → Developers, and it takes a few working days. Nobody can do it on your behalf.
What do I do while I am waiting?
Connect a Google or Outlook calendar. Vagaro syncs out to both, so reading that calendar stops the agent selling hours that are already gone, and it takes structured booking requests you confirm with one tap. That combination works from your first call.
