The appointment the agent takes appears on your Outlook calendar, so the view you already trust stays the complete one.
Fails closed, on purpose
An unreachable calendar closes that column rather than guessing it is free. Writing the booking is the other way round: a calendar that goes quiet having answered a minute earlier does not stop the appointment being taken, because losing a caller who was ready to book is worse than an appointment you can see and move.
Turning it on
- Open Integrations and connect your Microsoft account.
- Choose which calendar each diary column reads.
- Publish.
What this actually takes
- A personal Outlook or Hotmail account, or a Microsoft 365 one.
- In a managed Microsoft 365 work tenant, your IT administrator may need to approve the connection. Microsoft asks that of any app their tenant has not seen before, and it is a single approval rather than an ongoing arrangement.

Questions people ask about this one
My work tenant asks for admin approval. Why?
Microsoft asks that of any application a tenant has not approved before — it is their consent policy rather than anything specific to us. Your administrator approves it once and it is done. Personal Outlook and Hotmail accounts consent directly with no administrator involved.
Can you read my email?
No. The connection asks for calendar access and nothing else, and within that it reads availability rather than event contents.
